The only client dev I’ve even seen acknowledge the possible idea of using the Breez SDK is #[2]
It is a possibility, and I want to put effort into playing with it soon. However it still seems too complex to me and it is not interoperable with people running their own LND.

Yep, I considered multiple times. But it's still way too hard to integrate with native Kotlin. :(
I wish somebody made a proper, higher-level wrapper that hides implementation details and supports more types of ln nodes.
