What are the voltage and clock settings?
Default frequency 525
Default voltage 1150
run mine con 525/1100
of course I have changed the stock heatsink garbage for one from aliexpress and the difference in temperature / fan noise is abysmal.

I just clocked mine down a peg from default
I'm seeing lows of about 850GH and highs in the 1TH to 1.3ish TH

I did some looking into this and replacing your thermal paste might fix your issue, that or maybe try another outlet for power.
