What do you mean by nostr id's?

If you're talking abt connecting multiple npubs/nsecs to a single node's wallet and combining those recieved funds, yes you can, just point the ln address in each profile to whatever node's wallet u wanna use.

But sending... it won't allow alterations (it seems) within alby. This seems... IDK not possible.

I see... not sure. I rarely use alby... I would think you could change it. There's nothing stopping you from a protocol level as far as I understand it. So my guess is it would be a bug/limitation on alby's side if that's the case.
