But real talk, it should be usual kind of note. Recently I have problems pushing to certain relays, maybe Amethyst and Yakihone uses different base set?

It might be that Amethyst hasn't fully adopted the outbox model, while YahiHonne has?
Outbox means that the client will go get the notes of the people you are following based on whatever relays they are using, regardless of what relays you have set up to read from.
I have noticed that Amethyst is quite often missing notes from people I follow.
