I’m afraid those terms can never be assumed.

I am not sure what we are assuming here. Some manufacturers have procedures regarding non-conformities. The Quality department can write a Non-conformity report (NCR) and the engineering department gives a disposition which is then approved by MRB.

Parts can be reworked, scraped or Use as is.

It’s a fact not an assumption.

License form be terms can never be assumed, and must always be according to the most recent version of licensing terms, considering it’s up to the creator and license defined, and when not defined or not clear, the licensing terms can never be assumed and must be requested from the creator. Without exceptions.
