Dell laptops are known for having battery issues, which could be caused by too many processes running in the background. Do you use any heavy applications like gaming? I also found that running my system on low brightness with no advanced options helped.
No, never did use it for gaming, neither used for much processing tasks...maybe just a universal dell issue 🥶
