Why don't people watch videos shared on Nostr?

Also because the visual appearance of it is funny and not so inviting...
its like a long narrow banner with no cover picture...
almost a bit of... "mmmm i don't know if I want to press on that thing..."
only after you press on it it opens up to a proper size movie...
omit would be good to improve the appearance of it in size and image to be more inviting...
It needs to be integrated and autoplaying as it is on normie social media, then video content gets more engagement. The fact most clients can't emulate that UX yet is the main bottleneck.
That said I got a like on a video I posted today.
I do. I even watch streams. you can pin posts on nostrgram and continue browsing notes. really cool.

Personally I just want to communicate with people so prefer text, then pics and gifs yes, video no, too long.
