Ya I tried their meat bars but I couldn't get into the texture, neat idea for a product though.
I think the texture improved when they managed to get their grind a little fiber.
I was heavily advocating for a less butter and more tallow mixture.

Ya finer would be better, I found that the little chunks were actually kind of hard to chew comfortably. Still love people for trying. I bought a lot more than I actually ate.
