It probably tasted pretty good
I would be upset with my wife if she did that.
the misallocation of resources, and the mispricing of goods and services is creating ATHs
I hear ya
All I’m saying is if my wife went to pay for a sandwich and they told her 32.50…. At checkout
I would fully expect her to say never mind… y’all can keep the sandwich
I’d be pissed if she handed over the card
What was in it? I mean at that price I’m hoping it was at least a very nice sandwich.
it was called Rick Reuben - which i appreciated.
pretty much a classic reuben sandwich w/ bacon.. similar to

If it was a caviar sandwich with gold sheets on top, then $33 is a steal!
$7.50 sandwich with a $25 side of ambiance?
it more reflects the bind that small businesses find themselves in with the egregious currency devaluation
In order to stay afloat they have to raise prices to a level that reduces their guest counts and makes the business cease to be economically viable. Despite the fact this is an amazing local business that supports and leverages locally made and grown produce and serves amazing food&drinks. Fiat is going to basically flush them out.
You're charging her too much.
