What I sincerely think is that the system has educated people very well and has completely erased the fighting spirit and personal pride.
Also, keeping us poor and worried about the most immediate present moment does that.
Yes I agree! If people strugle for the basic things like food, shelter, it makes them less available to fight. So governments keep them just on the limit before starvation by either granting coupons or various subsidies. Add this the media propaganda either fear or the 'tits and entertainment' method, then you have people control.
