I wonder if we can put together a UK farming focussed orange pilling team of some kind. I have two local farmer friends that are bitcoin curious and there does seem to be a bit of a zeitgest growing in farming of direct customer sales which obviously fits us very well

I'm imagining some sort of onboarding package which includes a shopfront within a custom community marketplace using nostr:npub1market6g3zl4mxwx5ugw56hfg0f7dy7jnnw8t380788mvdyrnwuqgep7hd an nsite, follow pack and some way to port all their legacy social media to nostr

Probably needs a way for them (the masses) to easily transition with little additional effort. Probably through Shopify plugins and alike to publish their products in a few clicks. But just a few producers (already Bitcoiners in stage 1) willing to publish their stuff.

I think this also relates to nostr:npub14mcddvsjsflnhgw7vxykz0ndfqj0rq04v7cjq5nnc95ftld0pv3shcfrlx's #IDoNotConsent idea - by stop using their money. Trade peer-to-peer.

The future. Peer-to-peer local community marketplaces. We all have something to sell. Fuck government money. Fuck bezos. nostr:npub1market6g3zl4mxwx5ugw56hfg0f7dy7jnnw8t380788mvdyrnwuqgep7hd nostr:npub10efcj7x65z2ak6vd69xr8f2hvqwuaqrhlygl3yqa4y63hfvc02mqwzaeh3 nostr:npub15dc33fyg3cpd9r58vlqge2hh8dy6hkkrjxkhluv2xpyfreqkmsesesyv6e nostr:npub1nkfqwlz7xkhhdaa3ekz88qqqk7a0ks7jpv9zdsv0u206swxjw9rq0g2svu #NostrMarkets #grownostr

I wish my 3D printer was a little bigger :-)

😁 So is this the 3D printed just-in-time delivery bots for local communities?

Yep :-)

Been looking into if these could be made (and how) and open source. Originally these have been built by Starship Technologies. Related tech: RoS 2, Nav2, OpenCV.

Everyone’s got engineering companies near to them that can build these at a reasonable scale for their local community

Absolutely. Could be made available for any community to build.

Yeah, we don’t even need many producers for the UK. Just a couple of farms / butchers / hardware store / IT store and alike and we can do our weekly shop online. Obviously the more local the better (which is where nostr:npub1864jglrrhv6alguwql9pqtmd5296nww5dpcewapmmcazk8vq4mks0tt2tq comes in). I love the way nostr:npub1market6g3zl4mxwx5ugw56hfg0f7dy7jnnw8t380788mvdyrnwuqgep7hd aggregates the shopping basket checkout.

there is Dora's dairy (raw milk and beef) near Swindon, Don't think they're on nostr yet

nostr:npub1cn670f663n3ks02jnnlsvd5y88zjnefy8343ykaxs7y3nzzketrsrjwt8a can we filter BTC Map searches based on merchant type?

That feature is in test now πŸ‘€

We could make a list of the current orange pilled butchers and farmers and make some calls/emails about Nostr. nostr:nprofile1qqsdua0tr4axvfuq02xl7ranxl8u7xy706d032mz98mg3anywyxrq9qpzamhxue69uhkzarvv9ejumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgtcppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0zz3z8t you can speak farmer lingo! πŸ˜‚
