one way to reduce your expenditures & load up on #Bitcoin is to change your diet

cut out the grocery store, restaurants & seed oils if you're serious about health & savings maxing.

head to your local butcher or ranch. carnivory + one meal a day is insanely cheap & energizing.

most will reject this out of hand without opening their mind to trying it.

it's not easy at first, but I find it well worth it, just for the health benefits alone.

get creative, small steps, find a variation that works for you, grows your #Bitcoin stack & keeps you energized

To anyone considering 1 meal a day, I would recommend morning time. Early protein aligns well with your circadian rhythm.
