don't underestimate milk too... it's so cheap, if you can find decent stuff near you... i'm maybe lucky here because most of the milk sold here is from the azores

If you can find a regenerative ranch - and there are a lot of them! - it's also pretty much the best way of eating to actually support the environment.

Cattle who move from paddock to paddock improve the quality of soils, increasing microbial life and water retention, decreasing erosion. Over time, most regenerative farms see an increase not just in microbial and fungal biodiversity but also in native wildlife.

(Also those small farms usually have 1/4, 1/2 or whole cows available. Pair up with a few neighbors and you'll have some of the most delicious, nutrient-dense food on the planet for a fraction of what you would usually spend on groceries.)

To anyone considering 1 meal a day, I would recommend morning time. Early protein aligns well with your circadian rhythm.

Eating meat and fat once a day and drinking 1 gallon of water with high quality sea salt broght me back to the weight I use to have 20 years ago. And, sometimes I do sugar as a drug.

Yes, it is very important to review your eating habits. Many Japanese people have not yet bought BTC with the increased cash. I hope they soon realize that it's better that way.
