With effort, yes... I have a week work schedule, but I only know at Friday for next week...π father needs dinner and medication on time.... I already run like a chicken on steroids.... πππππ
I only know on Friday which 2 days I stay at home or go to office...
Usually you do your training on off days or everyday?

I donβt know if youβre a morning person, but I like waking up early to train. Like that itβs done before starting the day. Right after work could work also. Depends on how long your work days are I guess
Not a morning person except when partying is involved... πππ Or going to beach.

I find the easiest for the routine is having a time when you train and just stick with it
