In the recent WBD, Calle mentions being able to download a free “dumber” AI API on your Mac, and then training it via other APIs.

Has anyone done this (BabyAGI, etc?), and is it actually free? What costs are involved, and has anyone found any good step-by-step installation guides for doing this?
