To verify your own domain in Nostr do you have to use a ".well-known" folder?

I can't verify with my web service using a well-known folder but I think I can naming the folder something else.

Can't you connect with ssh or ftp? 🤔

I can connect fine. It's just my web host blocks those files within the "well-known" folder with NGINX
