Speaking from experience, if you can manage to get through the pain after surgery without taking pain killers, you will be much further ahead. I know it absolutely sucks and the pain is on a totally different level but if you can keep your mindset stronger than your pain, you will heal so much faster. Do the daily exercises even through the agonizing pain. You’ve got this! 💪😊
