The gossip would be client based. Some relays actually relay your notes to other relays, such as relayable, nos.lol, all Blastr relays, and others.

Have a question tho.. I was under the impression that relays *don’t* talk to each other like bitcoin nodes do.. which is why, if you and I don’t connect to at least one of the same relays, we won’t see each other’s notes..
Am I wrong here?
