If you know what thickness your studs are you can make do. I prefer a stand. Got rid of the mattress for a hammy 6 years ago and I’ve been sleeping like an angel ever since. It is really great for indoor temperature control if you have an under and top quilt, and a fan. Also very easy to clean and way affordable compared to a full bed. If you’re sleeping solo it is great. Fun and awkward for group activities. I wouldn’t recommend sharing to sleep. As we all know women are heat thieves composed entirely or elbows and knees made from chisels.
