It seems like they are struggling. They let a ton of people go, seemed to have plenty of communication break downs, etc.

I moved on entirely after I had to field a bunch of questions from all the people I referred to them about the custodian transfer fee.

I’m not sure why that wasn’t picked up or waived…but I don’t really want to find out.
