do you supplement it?

Usually I just drink done broth, but if I feel I need something extra or I am traveling I will buy some.

I am not an expert here, but I do know that when choosing collagen supplements, you should look for products that specify enzymatic hydrolysis or emphasize a chemical-free process. These tend to be the healthiest and most bioavailable options for effective support of skin, joint, and overall health.
