Not gonna lie; this last week has been playing with my “I don’t yet have enough” emotions.

(And generally speaking, I’m really not an emotional guy especially when it comes to investing and money)

Then I think about the “predictions” from numerous sources.

Imagine BTC does get to $1M or multiple M’s a coin…even 20-45M as some believe…

Or at the least “it will just go up forever” crowd.

$80-100k is a steal!

But one bitcoin will always cost 100m sats.

I am one who has been through it all, well most of it. I did not hodl correctly and made bad choices of custody, spending, and leverage. I bought things I should not have bought, but nothing extraordinary or extravagant.

I should be positioned well, but I am not. Life has been coming at me hard, recently and it can drain your sats fast, when you are not prepared.

I will live, I will stack back, I will have fun staying poor, but I will also build some things.

I am setting up a lightning store, but my timeline is still weeks out. I am still stacking sats to be able to start my lightning node. No eBay or PayPal fees and I am thinking it is going to be lightning and on-chain only.

I am also working on a few other things regarding nostr and bitcoin, but they are also still in the oven.

What really is about to change is the dca costs. Each day might be a much different range.

I started in 2012, it will be crazy, it always is. This time is different, it always is.

Self custody in large utxos.

Open lightning channels and get some liquidity to send out cheap, if desired. Pay attention, but do not trade. Take some profits if you have needs, not wants. Your house mortgage is not something to pay off, nor your car.

Everything gets cheaper on a Bitcoin standard. There are exceptions to the above. It is not financial advice and I am the last one to give financial advice, since I have a history of doing it wrong, but those are also the lessons I learned to frame it.

The fomo is real, it is warranted, but it is also what it is and you should not wreck yourself emotionally or financially about it.

Just keep stacking.

Yep I just keep thinking in terms of “rate of exchange”

Today I can exchange $86k fiat for 100M sats.

That is way better deal than it will be 4 years from now!
