I have a thing for old Gillettes, but there's a lot of good new stuff out there, also. If you want an old one, look on the forums at badgerandblade.com. They'll have lots of reviews to read, too.

Will get back to you... thanks

Yeah let me know. I'm okay buying it back from you because it'll be a spare. She got me the 6s because it came in a kit with all kinds of stuff with it

Reviews look good. Prob gonna go with that over an older one like mre linked, just cuz I get analysis paralysis too easily with things like that.

Appreciate offer to buy back if not a fan, that's a strong vote of confidence in the product.

I see there's a pricier model with adjustable height instead of the plates, but price is double and saw some comments complaining about feel anyway

The adjustable plates are on point good sir. They make a big difference

Those are sweet looking.

Thanks. I was reading up on Rockwell and people seem to like them. The different plates are cool for tuning the blade gap.

Those old razors are wildly different, so all of them together are probably the same gap variation as 1 Rockwell. 😂

It took me a few uses to find the setting that worked for me. I've enjoyed using it and it's nice to let the weight of the razor just glide down if that makes sense

Oh yeah, I get it. Weight takes the hands out of it. Hands are different every day, gravity isn't.
