also, raw egg white is risking having a problem with anemia if you have leaky gut. egg white, albumin, is bad for you, unless it's at least cooked until it sets. it captures and occludes numerous nutrients in an insoluble hard shell.
i have a tooth that flares up when i have sugars, and that has stopped me drinking caffeine drinks, alcohol, eating most seeds (popcorn seems to be ok), sugars, whether cane sugar, HFCS, malt or artificial sweeteners, and caffeine, it just doesn't do anything for you without the sugar, except ruin your mood.
chocolate, on the other hand, is shit until you cut out the sugar, its stimulation is calm and not jittery, and won't ruin your sleep cycle.
