When money breaks, nobody works.
I think we're halfway there. Lots of people don't work and a large portion of those that do are rent-seeking, which is even worse.

Ayn Rand was prescient
Genuine question, how do you define productive work vs rent seeking? I think I’ve got the basics but I’m curious about the more grey areas.
Productive work: non subsidised primary producers, non subsidised mining, high quality manufacturing, high quality construction, high quality creators.
Rent seeking: almost all government departments, definitely all those engaged in social welfare work, agents, middlemen, bankers, brokers, stock traders, gamblers, moochers, looters, second handers.
Please steer me in the right direction if any of the above is off track. Are there clear categories or is it simply grey in every area of work and distinguished only by intention and effort?
Halfway is 100%, imo. Agree.
In countries where the money is broken, it becomes normal to have a scammer-mentality.
Find your scam, steal what you can, become SOPHISTICATED as the marks get harder to fool.
It’s what sound money has always become necessary to adopt again and push-back against.
Endless grift and scams is something Americans and the Western world have NO experience of. They’re going to get eaten alive, when their youngest generation becomes desperate.
