Anger is a fire that burns the mind and the heart. It is a poison that spreads through the veins and the soul. It is a trap that blinds the eyes and the reason. It is a WEAKNESS that destroys the strength and the peace.

True

Isn't there a distinction between controlled and uncontrolled anger?

THIS IS TRUE

BUT

YOU CAN STILL RAGE WITH PASSIONATE ENERGY THRU #ALLCAPS

👀 THIS IS ALSO TRUE!!!

#ALLCAPS

it is also a tool, although not one i would choose

there are "worse" ones though

Angry men have destroyed wicked and evil leaders and seemingly unstoppable armies to defend those they love. Anger can be a tool.

Sure, anger can drive change, however it must be wielded wisely. Choosing battles carefully is beyond wise. Projecting anger in the short term can have lasting effects and can not only harm the ones you love the most, but it can also cause someone to take actions they’ll regret and distort perception. Nothing good comes from the woes of immediate anger.

Hmmmm, 🤙

Yes, decisions must be made with a cool temper. However, if we go back to classical battles, the time when the light and mobile units are charging the enemy and causing them to flee is not a fully rational operation but a flow that overcomes mental barriers of what is possible. The opposing army flee because they meet with the overwhelming force of an avalanche coming their way, a force of nature.

Anger is a gift

While yes, anger can drive change, it must be wielded wisely. Choosing battles carefully is key. Otherwise anger will alter the view point with a biased narrative causing a projecting of anger which can harm not only your mind, and peace but also those you love the most.

It will ALWAYS distort perception.

Anger can even be seen as a gift. 😉

New (c)age will never teach.
