Yeah, I used it couple years ago and the installation was pain, you had to use a separate folder per distro and config for my distro was missing. Now it partitions the USB into one hidden partition for system (UEFI...) and another for just the isos, so you literally just drop a file on it and good to go.
Yea that's how i remember it always working, so maybe i didn't use it before it was improved
