I looked up fold many times and always decided no.

How does it work for you?

Can you “pay bills with Bitcoin” ?

Or is it like I get fiat and send it to fold to use their card instead of a fiat bank card?

I am using it to earn Bitcoin rewards on debit and ACH payments. note: ACH rewards are dependent on your having spent at least as much on the debit card the prior month so ostensibly their just rewarding your debit card spending.

The daily spins give you free sat rewards.

Do you set a reminder for every day so you don’t forget?

Like why not just give people a random reward every day? Seems unhealthy to me.
