I think it was more about being honest with other network participant, prpbably the reason he didnt moved his btc.

It would have been much easier to just mine them and not spend them instead of going out of his way to make this block unspendable in the code
mmm I agree, but this way he expressed a more elegant and clear signal. The first block is conceptually different from all the others because the mining market is not subject to competition. Even if from a practical perspective all the first blocks have been the same and the subsidy of the first block could have been easily managed as all the other Satoshis btc, differentiate the first is a clever declaration of intents.
Also the inscription on the Genesis block was a way to calibrate his new block time to the old way of keeping time, not a commentary on cancellors second bailout.
He did everything right. It’s truly mind blowing looking back. The guy is on par with the greats. Possibly in a league of his own for this species.
Well that is a great thought. I like to think that Satoshi is a monk, without access to technology. Completely off the grid.
