These warmer storms that keep coming through are dropping lots of rain but little snow on the farm. As the back side of the storm passed after dark yesterday the rain turned to snow and the snow became HUGE. It wasn't single massive flakes but it was clumps of snow falling in big bunches. I've not seen snow like this before, not this size, even during other el nino years. It only lasted a little while until the storm had passed and not much of it stuck thanks to the rains during the day.
