You don't need or want more than 0.8g-1g/kg/day of protein while lifting to pack on muscle.

Choose either peating (high carb, low fat) or keto (low carb, high fat).

I suggest the former if you want to keep your hair and not fizzle out over the years.

Could actually work against you.

High natty sugars/starches, moderate protein, then moderate to low (saturated) fat depending on your body composition and level of activity.
