I think the whole "Gen" anything is counter-productive to be honest with you.

Majority of our gen is the exact opposite of the older gens’ perceptions of us.

We're all Gen-₿. There , we can stop fighting.

Can confirm. The younger people of each generation are generally the arbiters of change. As such, they are best positioned to be the scapegoat for those who benefit the most from the stays quo.

To the extent we believe significant levels of change are coming still, we might also consider the implications for younger people and how we can best listen and support them.
