Apple introduced a feedback app. Strange but interesting that a company of their size wants direct feedback.

Maybe there’s a shift in thinking happening 🤔

They had the web feedback for a while but it’s the first time I see an app that is automatically installed with an update.

Now when you can get AI to read the customers feedback, it can actually scale and be "read".

Still, I agree, it's often better than spending millions on the quantitative data. Ideally, great complement to each other.

It makes sense to get as much feedback data from your customers to see how they feel about the products and general direction of the company. Usually the loudest voices are the critics and they hardly matter.

The app has been around for many OS releases. Might have only been part of Public Betas though.

I’ve never seen it until the most recent iOS update. Maybe the update just added it to the Home Screen 🤔
