Started Weight Watchers today. Love WW. Totally missed it. They do such a good job of gamifying weight loss, while making sure you have lots of delicious food to eat and energy for exercise.
(Tip: Select "I am diabetic." in the onboarding process, to get the best settings.)
And I just love that my all-time favorite breakfast has zero points and uses up one of our ugly, delicious little apples. π
