Started Weight Watchers today. Love WW. Totally missed it. They do such a good job of gamifying weight loss, while making sure you have lots of delicious food to eat and energy for exercise.

(Tip: Select "I am diabetic." in the onboarding process, to get the best settings.)

And I just love that my all-time favorite breakfast has zero points and uses up one of our ugly, delicious little apples. 😁

Apple porridge with cinnamon! 🍏

Gamify everything.

Oh, definitely. Like, I typed in "3 hours hiking", as we're leaving soon πŸ₯Ύ, and the daily allotment of points jumped up.

Biergarten is back in play. πŸ’ͺ🏻🍻

Have a time - we’re out as well! πŸ₯Ύ

Have fun!

Will post pics, later, as it's great photo πŸ“· weather. Just need to spray myself down, head-to-toe with bug spray, as they're so vicious, right now.

I hike with a bug net on in those conditions. I use to say they were for wussies, but then I put one on… game charger! Enjoy

Here's the list of zero-points foods recommended for me, by the app.

Stuff like poached eggs, lamb filet, steamed broccoli, baked trout, and whole-grain oats don't make anyone fat, so you can eat those without writing them down.

But, you're supposed to eat 2 or 3 eggs, not twenty eggs. πŸ˜‚

haha. i have at times sometimes had 6 at a time but my usual max is 4, more often i eat 3

That would make me nauseous. πŸ˜‚

Can't eat more than 3, at a time.

yeah, it's not good to eat much more than 6 eggs a day anyway. egg white is hard to digest

May I suggest

One app at a time, please. πŸ˜‚

But I do gamify a lot of stuff and nerd out on tracking things and whatnot. Keeps me motivated.

I'm basically a tamagoci at this point 🀣

(btw I self-host that)
