Here's the list of zero-points foods recommended for me, by the app.

Stuff like poached eggs, lamb filet, steamed broccoli, baked trout, and whole-grain oats don't make anyone fat, so you can eat those without writing them down.

But, you're supposed to eat 2 or 3 eggs, not twenty eggs. 😂

haha. i have at times sometimes had 6 at a time but my usual max is 4, more often i eat 3

Can't eat more than 3, at a time.

yeah, it's not good to eat much more than 6 eggs a day anyway. egg white is hard to digest
