Don't know who you're arguing with I've never said otherwise. It's just p2p digital cash plain and simple. If you don't care that third parties can peep in on your transactions then you don't need Monero. But for those who do care it's stronger privacy than Lightning, Liquid, or mixing. You obviously value privacy or you wouldn't even bother using those methods. So why accept half-baked privacy solutions?

Ironically you sound like corporate news media and tradfi bobbleheads that said the same "criticisms" of Bitcoin in it's shady Darknet Market infancy.
