Did you run the bed leveling procedure after the bed got up to temp?

I tend to let the bed soak for a long while before leveling.

Do you have an Ender? What do you keep the bed temp at? It defaults at 50. But feels like it should be higher.

No, but I've printed a lot on various printers. Bed temp depends on material and ambient temps.
