The problem with Bitwarden is simply that you have to run your own server or use their hosted server to sync. It doesn't solve the "hosted service" problem it simply moves it to your own setup. Which has been a decent option but immediately removes any normie from the user list. If you have to go install Vaultwarden on a separate device and then port forward a thing or type in a LAN address, etc - the game is already lost, imo.

Pearpass is simply no setup. Scan to connect them. Are your devices online? They are in sync. Done
