He definitely sounds smart, and he has the diplomas, so people just assume he is a genius that found the holy grail. The core of his pitch makes sense, but he overstates the impact a lot of these things actually have, imo. It’s like listening to the MD version of Alex Jones

Yes. I believe he goes overboard with the “agent provocateaur” vibe in order to get more attention and impact. But, just taking some of the simple and easy recommendations of seeing the sunrise as often as possible, limiting blue light after dark, eating locally and seasonally, etc, have really had a great impact on my life. I also think he gets frustrated seeing the lies and deception within much of our medical and political systems and he channels his inner anger of that into his outward way of expressing what he believes to be true and useful.
