I can't figure out how to grant network permissions manually.
I know how to deny them but I've never had to grant them for an app that hasn't requested them.

Go to the app list and long tap on bitchat
Select App Info
Select Permissions
Look at the Disallowed permissions list
Select Network
Select the Allow option
Yeah I'm not seeing it.
I probably haven't accessed the feature that requires it. 🤷
How strange.
I know about it now & can resolve it when I encounter it.
I'm still figuring bitchat out
