Eat atleast 1 pound of beef a day. Everyday. Avoid plant proteins. They are all shit. All of them. do 20 to 50 pushups, and 20 to 30 squats a day every other day. Walk a mile three times per week. Sprints are better . But not necessary. And you will look better than 90% of the population after two years. You won't look like the gym bro who spends six hours a week in the gym. But you will never look like a giant wet pussy either. It's that easy.

Day 1: warm up, 3 sets maxing out on pull ups with 5 mins of rest between the sets
Day 2: the same but with dips insted of pull ups
Day 3: rest
Repeat
My body got soo much better by doing this in less than 6 months.
After you get to at least 5 of each you can try adding some light weights.
