TY. Me and my brother’s first build as general contractors. We’ve done all the finish work ourselves (minus painting). Happy with how it’s turned out thus far. Next one will be better.

No we hired an architect through upwork. We definitely had input and went through iterations. Now that it’s all put together still have a few changes to make like vaulted ceilings, small layout changes and addition of things like skylights.
