do docker deployment of btcpayserver - far easy

modify some params hostnames port rpc etc to connect you already running node n eclair

each component install/config too complex

I looked through those already, but didn’t find what I was looking for. Also tried to connect to eclair as external and it didn’t like it while complaining about returned format 🐶🐾🫡
