Napoletano => From Napoli, to indicate the people or as adjective
Napoletana => Same as above, but female.
"Pizza" is a female name, so "Pizza Napoletana".
However, seems delicious!
Do you know that in a traditional special recipe the "cornicione", the inflated pasta around, is filled with ricotta? Try it! (Ricotta, not mozzarella or cheese!).
