Not sure if it aligns with your vision though, but amethyst does kind of seem like the app that would let me do that.

I hear everybody loves Comic Sans.

When in need of a basic font, I often go with Satoshi as an alternative to arial/helvetica

Thanks, but the "joke" was really about how bad our markdown rendering looks with the 6 header sizes and so on.. :)
