My favourite hacks to make the body more metabolically efficient:
- Lifting weights
- Walk after every meal
- Eliminate snacking entirely
- Sunlight in eyes upon waking up
- Base quality of foods in bioavailability (steaks)
- no screens before sleeping (or blue light blockers)
- And of course gotta stack those sats and post nostr notes 🫡
No screens before sleeping is kinda hard for me sometimes.

Did you try only using red screens or blue blockers? Helps tons
i'm using red screens on my computer and phone from 20pm to 8 am. I like to watch some outdoor/camping videos before going sleep but i'm trying to swich that to books. Less stimulation before sleep.
