Not really. I have practiced various forms of yoga, including vinyasa, yin, and power yoga, for many years and I had one exceptional teacher. Yoga serves as a gateway to numerous improvements.

Meanwhile I moved on to functional and body weight training, martial arts, running and gunning. Ok, I hate and stopped running. 😅

A good teacher makes things so much easier. I’ll look into yoga a bit more.
