Want to quit #nicotine?

Most the physical hardship occurs within the first two weeks. The following stack will blunt it, and offer other benefits:

1. Take 600mg NAC (Pure Encapsulations) in the morning, then 600mg NAC in the evening with 1g Glycine (Lifeblud).

2. Just before sleeping take 500mcg BPC-157 (Your Protocol Restore Body Protection) and do the same just after waking.

Basic rule of thumb: if you want to quit it, then at some level you feel trapped by it, so quit it.
