It's certainly wonderful but the negative consequences compound over time.

Vasorestriction and shallower sleep are especially worrisome when you think of their effects over years.

The dopamine wasting isn't great either. Kind of like doomscrolling, the more dopamine you squeeze out with one vice, the less interest you'll have in other things.

Don't get me wrong. I would love to smoke a pack of cigs a day again. Camels, Marlboro, American Spirit, Kools, etc... πŸ˜‚

10y ago I successfuly escaped the sharp claws of Nicotine. I lost many battles before that. I highly advise anyone to stay away from Nicotine as far as possible no matter the fose size. It's all a selling pitch.

Going to try this -- had been only taking it until noon, but finding myself ODing just to get my fill and feeling tired afterwards. Maybe limiting the total dose rather than the timing is better. If not, will just have to go back to smoking good cigars, the cost (and social unacceptability of which in most places) is self-limiting.
