haha so true. Sadly I'm so sick now I've skipped the last two days.
Now I can't decide if I should call the next day I complete Day 5, or if it needs to be Day 7.
You went from 0 to 100? I mean before day 1, were you doing any daily exercises including some pushups routine?
If you can't keep on doing 100 daily regular pushups I'd consider combining mostly knee pushups and some regular pushups and increase the regular/knee ratio over time.
Anyway I'm not an expert and however I'm giving you unsolicited advices 🤔
Yeah I went straight to 100. But obviously split it out over a few hours. In batches of 20.
I used to do loooots of push-ups and loved them, so my body probably remembers it somehow and didn’t mind it.
Of course, being unfit still caused muscles stiffness for the first 3 days.
But have a bad cold now and don’t want to waste recovery energy on pushups haha
